Program Manager and Partnerships Lead, College des Freres – Bethlehem
Lead school-wide programs serving roughly 400 students across academic enrichment, student leadership and external partnerships. Oversee MUN, debate committees, debate programming, biodiversity and science initiatives, Python learning, teacher AI workshops and other strategic school programs. Built a first-of-its-kind exchange partnership with St. Bruno – Evian in France, secured approximately EUR 20,000 in support through French Embassy exchange funding, coordinated participation for 28 students from Bethlehem and around 30 peers in France, welcomed official delegations and designed the concept from zero. Also developed a GBP 100,000 solar scholarship initiative intended to fund 20 student scholarships annually for 20 years, alongside a broader school innovation vision.
