I’m Basil Khoury, an IT consultant passionate about crafting effective solutions and fostering teamwork. With a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems and a Minor in Business Administration from Bethlehem University, I co-founded Masar Ibrahim Al-Khalil and launched U-Ctrl, dedicated to innovative water preservation technology. My restaurant, il Forno, adds to my diverse ventures.
I’ve led teams, co-established the Computer Club, and championed leadership programs. Additionally, I’ve spoken at renowned institutions about IT and the historical context of Palestine. My dedication to efficiency and teamwork drives my mission towards impactful IT solutions and a brighter future.

Our innovative system offers effortless monitoring, control, and leak detection through an intuitive online interface, ensuring efficient water conservation and management.- First prize winner of the 2014 Global Entrepreneurship Week by the GIZ-Palestine Section (November 2014)
- Developed a system that allows individuals to monitor, control water levels, and check for leakages through an online interface.
- Programmed the microcontroller using C, HTML5, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Installed sensors connected to the microcontroller in water tanks and cisterns.
